This is a replacement for the fixed factory headlight leveler. Adjustable length allows for a mechanical override to set the trajectory of the headlamps as desired. Newer model cars today come equipped with headlight level adjusting systems which automatically adjust the position of the headlights based on the position of the car. With the inclusion of this system, the headlights of a car will come out of position when the car is lowered, pointing towards the street rather than straight ahead when the system senses the rear of the car being lower than standard height. The quality is typically HKS perfect.The price-performance ratio is very good and there is no other option on the market where you can increase the spring preload. It would be nice if HKS would bring another 40mm version onto the market with a smaller housing. Because it's not that easy to accommodate such a large wastgate in the engine compartment.
