When can I expect my product?
Most packages shipped via EMS and other express curriers arrive within 3 to 9 business days of receiving payment. Conditions apply so please be sure you have read and understand our Terms and Conditions. We send tracking information to your email address that is registered as your user account as soon as the item is in the mail.

Do you charge extra for insurance/tracking?
All packages shipped via EMS and other express curriers include insurance coverage and tracking capabilities at no extra cost to you. For your convenience, you have a quick link to track your package on you My Orders page in your account when you are logged in.

How about packaging or handling fees?
We do not charge any fees, hidden or otherwise. Other than shipping and a 5% credit card fee, the only cost to you is the actual price of the item. However, please realize that the weight of the packing materials is included in the product's weight for shipping cost calculation.

Can I combine the shipping on several purchases?
Of course you may combine shipping on your purchases. However, we cannot combine your shipment with any purchases you might make outside of www.rhdjapan.com. Please keep in mind the website will discount your shipping based on the amount of items you have in the shopping cart.

Is there any limit?
The Japanese EMS shipping service will only send shipments weighing up to 30 kilograms (66.15 pounds) depending on country. Due to these restrictions, will need to break down multiple purchases exceeding this total weight and send them separately. Also, there are strict restrictions on the size of items shipped 2.0~3.0 meters squared of girth through EMS. We have other express curriers for orders that exceed that weight and size.

We are always looking for parts. Please feel free to contact us with the make/model/year/engine type and the items that you are looking for and we will do our best to find what you need at the best possible price.
For a list of regularly supplied vehicles, you can click the maker on the home page to choose the vehicle. The next page in will be categories for that particular vehicle. You can search there on that page to guarantee you will only get the products listed under the vehicle you clicked.

Is it safe to shop with RHDJapan? Is my credit card and personal information safe?
Yes, our website is verified by Verisign as a legitimate business and uses a 256 bit SSL secured connection for processing all customer information and transactions. RHDJapan does not store or record your credit card information at all. The payment is processed with the credit card vendor and therefore your information is completely secured, not even we can see your card details!! RHDJapan will never sell or provide customer information to any 3rd parties.
