If your JDM parts supplier is not in Japan can he supply Quality Japanese Domestic Market parts? If your used JDM parts supplier is in Japan and does not have the following “kobutsusho” documentation you are running a risk with each transaction. If your online JDM seller claims to sell goods from Japan without this license you run the risk of losing your goods and or money if the seller is caught. If the seller is selling goods without a license they can be fined $10,000 and can be sent to jail for 3 years. This documentation is now a necessity in law enforcements attempt to crack down on stolen goods being sold abroad. Do you know if the goods you are purchasing are stolen?
