Aluminum monotube construction with 12 ways of damper settings, FIGHTEX Fine Sport (FS) coilover system fullfills the demand of the enthusiasts. All kits come pre-assembled and different spring rates can be ordered.

The following Spring Rates can be ordered to replace the standard rates:

-4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22

Spring Rates

-Front : 5K
-Rear : 10K

The following is from TODA describing the different aspects of their Suspension Coilovers:

Damper Adjustability:

-Separate Tank (ST) type & Expert (EX/EX-G) type dampers allow you to independently adjust the bump & rebound settings of the coilovers. Fine Sports (FS) type and Dual Adjust (DA) type dampers allows you to adjust the damping force of both the bump and rebound settings of the coilovers.

Dust Cover:

-A rubber cover designed to protect the piston rod from road contaminates.

Dust Seal:

-Outer seal is used to keep finer dirt particles out of the damper.

Oil Seal:

-An inner seal with low friction and temperature properties. Polyurethane with low friction is employed.

Rod Guide Bushings:

-4 fluoridation ethylene plastic coated guides. Reduces friction and abrasion.

Piston Rod:

-The damper rod has to constantly withstand high thrust loads. The Fightex damper rod is of machined from high precision chrome molly steel, heat treated and chrome plated (surface of roughness 0.3mu). This makes the rod very resistant to bending and wear, helping to give the damper a long service life.

Adjustable Needle Valve:

-A twelve-step adjustable needle used to set bump & rebound characteristics. Various combinations (30 types) are used to give the best performance for the street, GT or Formula applications.

Jet Bleed Holder:

-Each damper is jetted (over 30 types) for the most suitable characteristics whether it's for street, GT or Formula. Damping forces vary between 140% and 170%.

Piston Valve:

-Piston valves varying in size from 35mm ~ 45mm over 30 types are used to give the desired damping characteristics whether it's for the street, GT or Formula.

Piston Ring:

-This component is most important for consistent damping. It is required to give both an airtight seal and keep low friction. A seal in the shape of a W is constructed from Teflon used in conjunction with a reverse tension ring, designed to overcome the opposing demands required for consistent damping.

Valve Shim Stack:

-Valve Shim Stacks (varying thickness & sizes) can be varied to give the desired damping characteristics whether it's for the street, GT or Formula.

Cylinder Body:

-A large diameter (46mm) body made of light weight high carbon steel with a wall thickness of 2mm. The inner surface is finished to a mirror finish. Designed to be used with 60mm springs.

Dual Adjusting Bottom Bracket: *Excludes FS & ST Type Dampers

-As well as being able to adjust the ride height with the lower spring seat, on (DA/DA-G/EX/EX-G) types, the bottom bracket can be also used to fine tune the vehicles ride height. This can also prove useful if pre-loading of the spring or a desired stroke length is required.
