RHDJapan : Order Status

What does my order status mean?

  • Waiting for Approval - Your order has been successfully placed with in the RHDJapan store and needs to be checked and approved by the RHDJapan Team.
  • BOWD Waiting for Approval - We have received your notification and approval to wait for the back ordered with date item in your order. We are now notifying our warehouses that you are happy to wait and we will update you with updates as they occur.
  • Checking Your Order - We are currently checking the availability of your items with our warehouses and will update you shortly.
  • Processing Your Order - We confirmed the stock of your items with our warehouses. Your order is now processing.
  • BOWD Processing Your Order - We confirmed the back order date on one or more of your items and the stock with our warehouses. Your order is now processing and should be ready to go out on the dates specified in your order details.
  • Partially Ready to Go Out - We received some of your ordered items at the International Dispatch and there are more on the way. We will update you shortly.
  • BOWD Partially Ready to Go Out - We received some of your ordered items at the International Dispatch and there are more on the way including one which has a back order date on it which we have specified and you have approved. We will update you shortly.
  • Ready to Go Out - We received all of your ordered items to our International Dispatch. We will pack and prepare your customs invoice and your order will be sent to you shortly.
  • Partially Shipped Out - Your order has been partially sent to you as requested. The rest or your items are processing and will be sent to you shortly.
  • BOWD Partially Shipped Out - Your order has been partially sent to you as requested. The rest or your items are processing and will be sent to you on the previously specified date. We will update you shortly.
  • Shipped Out - Your order has left our RHDJapan's International Dispatch and is currently on the way to your door, please check your tracking for further updates.
  • Discontinued - One or more of your items have been sold out and Discontinued and are not longer available. Please contact us via Help Desk to let us know if you would like a refund or substitution.
  • Backordered - One or more of your items have been back ordered. Please contact us via Help Desk to let us know if you would like to wait, substitute, or refund the item.
  • Backordered with Date (BOWD) - One or some of your items have been back ordered and will not be available until the estimated date given. Please contact us via Help Desk to let us know if you would like to wait, substitute, or refund the item.
