Better than oem release bearing
Smoother and slightly less pressure required to release the clutch with this bearing. Not very noticable, but definitely better than oem if you are doing the clutch anyway.

Great Clutch Upgrade
You will notice the difference once you replace your worn out and old clutch kit with this. This clutch release bearing from Spoon performs well if used with Spoon Clutch Cover and Spoon Clutch Disc. It's good not only for tracks but for daily driving.
