This item is used to prevent feedback caused by the O2 sensor. Wire O2 sensor to a ground connection. VTEC equipped vehicles or vehicles with 2 airflow meters (GTR) are incompatible. Vehicles equipped with two O2 sensors require two O2 sensor adaptors.
