This is a Drift Center Diff (Type C) by the original tuning shop who made drifting a 4WD Subaru possible, Watanabe Service. The Watanabe Service Drift Center Diff is a direct replacement for your center diff which will convert your Subaru to a rear wheel drive drift machine!
