The HKS Metal Head Gasket - Stopper Type 1.0mm Mitsubishi CZ4A feature the new independent bead design which will furthermore reduces possibility of overheating even combustion gas leakage due to high horsepower. The Gaskets is engineered to resist severe levels of heat that are generated by high-horsepower and high-boost applications. All HKS head gaskets are constructed with multiple layers of steel and coated with a special fluorine rubber to provide exceptional sealing. HKS head gaskets are designed to accommodate standard and certain oversized cylinder bores. The HKS Stopper-Type gasket consists of the maximum layers of plates possible and uses a molded stopper ring around each combustion chamber opening.

- In order for adjustment of compression ratio, 3 types of thickness 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm are available in different listings.
- Stock repair part is only one thickness type (1.2mm). This product can be used not only for performance enhancement but also for adjustment of compression ratio with machining of cylinder head during overhaul.
