Job Requirements
- Implement software solutions towards continuous improvement of the product.
- Implement current industry standard best practices regarding application management and development.
- Build an elegant User Interface.
- Review, test, and debug team members’ code.
- Writes well-designed, documented, clean code.
- Ensure our solutions are industry standard, secure, and up to date.
Desired Skillsets
- Has 5+ years of experience programming in Java as a highly proficient Java software engineer.
- Has strong experience working with Java EE applications.
- Has in-depth knowledge of Hibernate and Spring Boot Framework.
- Has experience building RESTful Java applications.
- Hands-on backend microservices & API development using Java Spring Boot, REST.
- Has experience with UI JSP frameworks (Tiles, Thymeleaf, Angular, ReactJS, or similar).
- Has experience testing JAVA EE applications (JUnit, Mockito, Spring Boot Test, Rest-Assured).
- Has experience working with Tomcat.
- Works experience in Agile methodologies.
- Fluency in English ( Written and Verbal ) – Business Level
Nice to have Skillsets
- Has already ported a legacy Java EE application to Spring Boot.
- Knows Linux Server and System Administration
- Experience with UI frameworks like ReactJS, Angular, Vue, or similar
- Knowledge in any Cloud Platform, Kubernetes administration will be a plus.
- Has experience working with Docker.
