This item is a direct replacement for the factory oil pan. Included within the oil pan is built in baffle plate which reduces the risk of oil starvation during high G cornering applications. The reduction air mixed within the oil through the oil pump can help prevent low oil pressure which can decrease engine life. Option version also available with Oil Temperature Sensor Fitting.
