Stock mounts aren't quite up to task for serious driving. These, on the other hand, were produced for actual racing needs and performance in mind. Accelerator improvements can be felt and realized because the engine is now tightly secured in place. This is due mainly in part to the strengthened rubber used in the engine mount body. Good DC5/RSX engine mount upgrade
I bought these mounts to replace my factory engine mounts. I wanted something sporty that can hold the engine in place well without giving a lot of vibrations, and reducing wheel hop. When choosing motor mounts its hard to get no wheel hop without getting some vibrations. Mugen however made these mounts at just the right durometer to greatly reduce wheel hop (haven't had any yet), while also having no vibrations in the cabin. These are H.O.A approved for the japaneses Honda races so they comply with the H.O.A. regulations. They seems to be made from production line Honda mounts except they are a harder durometer. Mugen's founder is the son of Soichrio Honda so Im sure the company had no problem getting harder mounts from the production assemblies since they like identical. Just my two cents. Overall worth every penny. Shipping was also fast and package came sooner then expected from the delivery date. 10/10

my engine feels secure on hi-revs
I replaced my 8 year old worn out engine mounts to these Mugen mounts and right after day 1 of installing it i really felt the difference, not too stiff just like any other engine mounts on the market. These mounts are a good buy. Best bang for the buck. I also bought an OEM Rear Right Engine Mount because Mugen only has 3 mounts which are the 3 essential mounts to replace for racing. Very good buy
