Building upon the 3 decades of suspension development and 9 years since the last version of Hipermax IV SP release this series has unified the many different street based Hipermax merits and further improved this new flagship series as the Ultimate All-Rounder. Many aspects similar to the Hipermax S Series yet developed for more serious motorsport application. Exclusive SRF (Super Response Fluid), LVS (Low Vibration Spring) and Spring Retainer along with increased spring rates, revised spring changes, wider implementation of helper springs and full Pillow Ball upper mounts sets these apart from the Hipermax S Series. The quality is typically HKS perfect.The price-performance ratio is very good and there is no other option on the market where you can increase the spring preload. It would be nice if HKS would bring another 40mm version onto the market with a smaller housing. Because it's not that easy to accommodate such a large wastgate in the engine compartment.
