Excellent product from high end range

I have bought this for my US model 2005 legacy GT despite the product description stating it is for cars 08 onward only. This is not true. According to the product manual itself it fits to every legacy (BP5-BP9-BPE-BL5-BL9-BLE) produced between 5/2003-4/2009) regardless of engine, trim and stock suspension parts.

The product itself is excellent, the car got way more comfortable then the stock suspension was. Car is lowered by approx 15mm yet on city speed bumps I do not hit the exhaust as I did with the stock one.

I have kept the settings untouched so far, but to my personal felling the rear is too soft, the rebound is slow (meaning the back end weirdly jumps on uneven road yet the wheels do not leave the ground) so grip is still there.

In comparison to DG-5 which I tested on S15 it is more comfortable (on fast bounds and rebounds), in comparison to JIC magic on drift S14 one would say the HKS is not a stiff suspension at all.

Overall, if someone is fearing to loose ride comfort as in other "stiff" brands, you can easily take this, for sure it will be more comfortable then you would expect.

Whilst city cruising you will be not able to tell you have changed your suspension whereas once you hit the pedal the suspension changes itself to a fully fledged track suspension.
