The HKS VAC is an electronic device designed to eliminate the vehicle's factory speed limiter. When competing on the drag strip or a circuit track, the factory speed limiter can hinder a vehicle's performance.

FEATURES:
- VAC Type CM is a device that cancels speed limiter of IS F for circuit driving.
- CANBUS signal, which controls whole vehicle systems, will be used for cancellation of speed limiter. Thus, speed limiter is canceled safely and surely.
Functions:
- Speed limiter cancellation function
- Option speed signal output function
Advantages:
- As it is an external device, even if data of stock ECU is reflashed, functions of VAC Type ISF can be used.
- If option vehicle speed analog output wire that outputs converted signal from CANBUS system, is connected to Circuit Attack Counter, Turbo Timer, EVC etc., car speed can be monitored (Car speed pulse 4).
- Stock meter (340km/h) and the multi function meter can show actual vehicle speed.
Installation:
- It is connected to ECU harness in the engine compartment directly with vehicle specified harness without any modification.
- VAC Type IS F unit will be fixed in the foot space of navigator side.

The quality is typically HKS perfect.The price-performance ratio is very good and there is no other option on the market where you can increase the spring preload. It would be nice if HKS would bring another 40mm version onto the market with a smaller housing. Because it's not that easy to accommodate such a large wastgate in the engine compartment.
