best Airbox in the market
I've had stock airbox, short ram and even cold air intake prior to this wonderful product but upgrading to Mugen Air Box has made my DC5 run leaner and faster plus having the confidence in driving anywhere on wet roads and on tracks have been impressive so far. The only thing I lack is the Mugen Front Nose Conversion to attain the full performance capacity of the Cold air but so far I'm so satisfied aesthetically and its performance.

Great but expensive
The Mugen Air Cleaner and Box a.k.a Mugen airbox in short, is a pretty well designed and effective intake system especially with the ram air snorkel attached. You can really feels the effects of the enclosed cold air box system especially on a hot day. The throttle response is consistent and quick even when temperatures are soaring high. However, don't expect big numbers on the dyno with this box, is well meant to replace the stock intake system with a better flowing one while retaining cold air characteristics and just beefing up a some hp. Suitable for circuit, track and touge runs. Not suitable for those seeking high horsepower for drag racing. Value wise, kinda expensive but the quality is there.

2.Be careful when bolting to clamp shut the box together, over tightening can cause cracks on the housing.
