This item is designed as a direct bolt on application to the front strut tower mounts. Contrary to popular belief, having the stiffest possible suspension is not the way to optimum performance, as this may cause uneven weight distribution when cornering, leading to a considerable loss of traction. STIs new patent pending flexible tower bar incorporates a link ball in the center, allowing the bar to flex, but still maintain lateral rigidity.
