If you have trouble installing the strut bar initially, unload the suspension 1 corner at a time and the strut bar will line up with the strut easier.
Since this is also a fixed type bar, go back and forth between left and right to tighten it down, otherwise it will either jam the bar up against the strut mount or you bend the bar itself.
