The Dual Clutch Transmission has a fail safe feature which will close the throttle if oil temperature reaches 140℃. Although the vehicle is equipped with factory heat exchanger it does not provide sufficient cooling under hard driving and highly modified applications. This item can be used in conjunction with heat exchanger, mounts in ideal location with inner blade designed ducting and specifically designed thermostat to maintain low DCT temperatures under all driving applications. I pull the Trigger on this rare, perfectly crafted rear aluminum strut bar. Took a long time to get to California but was well worth it. The welds and thickness to this part are Exceptional. Part came in well protected with the carbining bag.
