During hard braking and forceful pedal operation the firewall flexes out where the brake master cylinder is located. This results in decreased brake pedal effort and feel. With the installation of the bracket/stopper kit to the strut tower, the front & back motion of the firewall where the brake master cylinder is located is secured, resulting in increased brake stopping operation. Improved Brake Feel
As with every other chassis brace the objective is to minimise the difference between input and output. If when pressing the brake pedal your input insn't going into the brake, you are losing efficiency and feel.
This simple bolt on part stops the brake master cylinder moving by bracing it against the suspension turret. The only difficult part if installing this by yourself is not dropping the spacing washers during the install process.

The brake stopper is of high quality and manufactured for a perfect fit on RHD cars.
Only thing is how much to tighten to the master cylinder as the value is not provided. Just work it out by judgement. Nonetheless, it makes the engine bay looks nicer with this around. Flex on firewall.....maybe some minute improvements. No complaints here. Overall, good quality item.
