This item is a direct replacement for the factory oil pan. Included within the oil pan is built in baffle plate which reduces the risk of oil starvation during high G cornering applications. The reduction air mixed within the oil through the oil pump can help prevent low oil pressure which can decrease engine life. Option version also available with Oil Temperature Sensor Fitting. The quality is typically HKS perfect.The price-performance ratio is very good and there is no other option on the market where you can increase the spring preload. It would be nice if HKS would bring another 40mm version onto the market with a smaller housing. Because it's not that easy to accommodate such a large wastgate in the engine compartment.
