In addition to blocking out engine bay heat the setup provides enhanced cool fresh air to the air intake. Engine bay specific design provides perfect layout with optimized fresh air. With the use of the shroud fresh air is better supplied by the lower duct and lamp side which results in increased response and aggressive intake sound while also giving the engine bay a sportier appearance. The quality is typically HKS perfect.The price-performance ratio is very good and there is no other option on the market where you can increase the spring preload. It would be nice if HKS would bring another 40mm version onto the market with a smaller housing. Because it's not that easy to accommodate such a large wastgate in the engine compartment.
