Kakimoto Racing High Upper Deck & Sleeve - RB26DETT

This is also known as a High Block or High Deck. Because the walls of the block are so thin between each cylinder in the RB26, it is not ideal to increase the displacement by increasing the bore. Instead, Kakimoto recommends increasing the stroke to gain a higher displacement from the RB26. They have made this set available to make it possible to increase the displacement of your engine safely without risking an increase in bore size on the RB26`s thin cylinder walls. The upper deck will bolt in between the RB26 head and block to make more room for the increased stroke. By using the Kakimoto Racing High Block, it is possible to create an engine which can withstand large amounts of power.
