This set will replace the hydraulic lash adjusters when using the `Solid Type` cam shafts for high rev and high output SR engines. Eliminating the `lash adjusters` will keep the height of the pivot fixed making for a more reliable drive train. Recommended with the purchase of these items is the Test Shim and Test Guide set followed by the purchase of the precise shims and guides upon making your measurements. The quality is typically HKS perfect.The price-performance ratio is very good and there is no other option on the market where you can increase the spring preload. It would be nice if HKS would bring another 40mm version onto the market with a smaller housing. Because it's not that easy to accommodate such a large wastgate in the engine compartment.
